[Matthew 6:22-23] The lamp (imagination) of the body (heart) is the eye (focus/meditation). If therefore your eye (meditation) is good (Kingdom of Heaven) , your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad (kingdom of this world) , your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

• Focus on only evil and the heart will contain only evil
• Focus on only good and the heart will conain only good
• The heart can contain some evil and some good.
